My boyfie and I went to my first ever makeup shopping, I was like a child in a candy store, it was amazing! I bought these babies the night before my Suesh Basic Makeup workshop last June 22. These hauls are just the basic things you need in your makeup kit. I went first to Watsons and I bought the following:
- Elf Studio Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder - I liked this blush and bronzing powder combo a lot and I saw this used by Anna Victorino at her video blog. Will give a review about this soon!
- Elf Eyelid Primer in ED 01 - You need to set an eyelid primer on your eyes so that your eye make up will last you the whole day! I tried it on and it lasted on me for more than 8 hours.
- Elf Brightening Pencil in Black and White - These pencils come with a free sharpener. Worth the price!
After Watsons I went straight to Etude House to get these hauls:
- Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream in Natural Beige (W13) - First time I tried it on it was really great! It leaves a dewy silky complexion with a sheer to medium coverage. What I like about it, it already has SPF 30, so it's really great for daytime use.
- Etude House Lip and Eye Remover - This formulation is very gentle, yet highly effective in removing lip and eye makeup. I really like the minty smell too, leaves my face moisturized after using.
- Etude House Easy Brow Pencil in Dark Brown (01) - I just bought another one because I already finished using the old one. My ultimate brow pencil favorite!
- Etude House Vivid Long Falsies - These are really worth the price since I could reuse my false eyelashes from 8 to 10 times. Here's a tip, just get a glass of lukewarm water and soak your used falsies overnight to remove the mascara and glue and it would be as good as new. You could just reuse it whenever you like.
Since I got P1,000+ worth of products they gave me free Etude House Baking Powder BB Deep Cleansing Foam, I like this product a lot, the acne in my forehead drastically cleared after three days of using it. I'm definitely going to get this product again! Great for exfoliating once a week. They also gave me Etude House Nymph Aura Volumer sample, it's for mixing in your BB Cream so that your face would be photo-ready! They also gave me my first Etude House Membership Card! Yay, shout out to my supportive boyfriend. Thank you for all of these, I can't express how happy you made me!
